GIOR Packaging for detergent. The packaging designed by Josep LLuscà for GIOR takes into consideration factors such as usage as well as advertising. This is a container for a very well-established liquid detergent within the domestic market. The new design had to project a more up-to-date image of the product at the same time as contributing functional improvements capable of helping to transmit the image of the detergent´s efficiency. The packaging for GIOR is easy to use and transport thanks to its slightly curved handle that adapts and fits into the ergonomics of the hand. The rounded forms that predominate in this design have also been applied to the cap, which has a double function as it can be used as a measuring cup. The cap has also been equipped with features for maximum functionality: an anti-slip profile and a drip-free system. The spout, similar in shape to the nozzle on a hose and which forms a single piece along with the rest of the bottle, increases the usefulness of the packaging. These two last features make it easier to measure out the liquid and represent a saving in terms of how much of the product is used. GIOR´s broad facing makes it possible to adhere labels to both sides of the packaging, making it easier to identify the product.
