FOTOPRESS Trophy The design of the trophy for the Fotopres awards was intended to reflect the overlapping between technique and art which also characterises the work of the photographer. To achieve this, materials such as silver, polycarbonate and slate were used. The design forms of the trophy bring to mind the image of a camera lens and the inscription bearing the name of the award winner can be read through the polycarbonate piece, imitating the way in which the photographer looks through the viewfinder of the camera.
